World Luxury Hotel Awards is the pinnacle of achievement in the luxury hotel industry offering international recognition as voted by guests, travellers and industry players alike. Winners are based on the votes of 300,000 travellers who were invited to vote for their favourite luxury hotel over a four-week period. 

We’ve once again knocked it out of the park and brought home a whooping SEVEN AWARDS, as not one but three of our signature hotels and resorts were recognised as crème de la crème at the 26th annual World Travel Awards. Often referred to as the “Oscars of the travel industry”, the WTA is recognised globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality, as it acknowledges, rewards and celebrates excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson was awarded 5-Star Certificate by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia. The President of Lexis Hotel Group, Miss Mandy Chew also had the honour of receiving the certificate from Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan, YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Aminuddin Bin Harun.

The Lexis Hotel Group is no stranger to giving back to the community. This led to the Lexis Hotel Group bagging the top award, “Company Of The Year Award: Social Responsibility Excellence” at the CSR Malaysia Awards 2019 at Sheraton Imperial yesterday. Present to receive the prestigious award was Mandy Chew Siok Cheng, President of Lexis Hotel Group from Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Hannah Yeoh.

It was a glorious night for the Lexis Hotel Group as we took home the award for The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Awards for Most Established Brand (Hospitality- Premiere Resort). On top of that, Group President, Miss Mandy Chew Siok Cheng was also one of the 10 recipients of the coveted BrandLaureate SMEs Brand Champion Award.

At the ITB Berlin Travel Trade Show, the world's largest travel trade show, the Lexis Hotel Group was awarded the PATWA International Travel Awards 2019, and named the Best Luxury Hotel Chain (South East Asia). In addition, the group's president, Madam Mandy Chew, was named Best Professional in Hospitality.

The PATWA International Travel Awards, organised by the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association, are handed out once a year in March at ITB Berlin, the world’s biggest travel and trade fair.

She also received the Women Lifetime Achievement Award at the 6th World Women Leadership Congress & Awards that was held at the same venue.
